New York singer/songwriter, Cari Cole’s debut CD, The Circle of Fire, commands the listener’s attention from the first few notes. Cole, who was selected the AOL Musician
of the Week in July 2002, wrote her first song at the age of seven. Throughout the 1980s and early 1990s, Cole performed regularly with bands well known on New York City’s club circuit. She then became a voice instructor and taught thousands the art of pop styling, among them Donald Fagen of Steely Dan.

Later, following an inner calling, Cari entered into a spiritual apprenticeship with don Miguel Ruiz, author of The NY Times bestseller, The Four Agreements. After attending a power journey in Teotihuacan, Mexico, Cole composed a series of songs infused with a spiritual message. “I wanted to write music that would take me to the state I was touching in my spiritual studies. Songs began to pour forth, one right after the other. It was like someone turned on a fountain.” Cole states. Her songs, written from the heart, evoke feelings of happiness and love, creating a powerful, transformative experience for the listener.
